Preparation
Oven cook: From Chilled
Remove film and place the foil container on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. For fan-assisted and combination ovens, refer to manufacturer's handbook. Oven cook for 30-40 minutes 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5. No need to wash raw poultry before cooking. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat. Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains. Poultry is cooked if juices run clear.
