Founded in 1897, Tamdhu has a heritage of sherry cask maturation. Every drop is crafted with water from their own spring and matured from start to finish in sherry oak casks.
Tasting notes: Vanilla, sugared almonds, cinnamon; palate of dried fruit, soft red fruit, toffee, and gentle spice. Nose: Dried orange peel, red wine, pecan and raspberry jam. Palate: Soft red fruit, followed by brown suger and spicy clove, with a touch of chocolate covered Brazil nut. Finish: Crystalised ginger, cacao and juicy blackcurrant.
