Contents cover up to 32cm/13 Tala Flan Tin. Totally heat resistant, 100% reusable. Help to prevent blistering and shrinkage during baking. Conduct heat for even pastry baking.
Instructions: Prick the unbaked pastry with a fork. Cover with baking beans. Pack the beans against the sides as this where shrinkage is most likely to occur. After baking and when the beans have cooled, remove and hand wash in soapy water. Dry and return beans to storage container.
Care & Use: Thoroughly wash product in soapy water before first use, rinse and dry. Check the beans are cool before handling or returning to storage container.
