How To Use:
Shake the bottle gently before use. Adults: measure 70 ml using the provided cup and drink once daily on an empty stomach, ideally 10 minutes before eating or drinking. Store unopened bottles in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 10 days. Do not heat or freeze.
