Our capsules contain 500mg of Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate providing 21% calcium as well as 150mg of Aquamin, a highly bioavailable source of minerals and rich in calcium.

AKG is a chemical that the body produces naturally but levels decline as we age.

Directions

Take 2-4 capsules daily with or after food.

Ingredients

  • Calcium Alpha Ketoglutarate (21% calcium) 500mg
    • Providing calcium 105mg
  • Aquamin TG (minimum 30% calcium) 150mg
    • Providing calcium 45mg
  • Magnesium Stearate 15mg

Cautions

  • An upper limit of 2000mg of calcium daily is considered to be generally safe. Excessive levels of calcium intake can lead to adverse health conditions.
