KSM-66® Ashwagandha Root Extract 500mg

Our 500mg capsules contain KSM-66®, a full-spectrum Ashwagandha extract sourced from India. It is extracted using only the roots and contains 5% withanolides.

Ingredients:

• Ashwagandha Root KSM-66® Extract (min 5% withanolides) 500mg
• Providing >25mg withanolides
• Rice Bran 200mg
• Vegan capsule shell size 00

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Directions:

1-2 capsules daily. We recommend starting with 1 capsule and increasing to 2 capsules if required. Take with or after food.

Cautions:

• Can cause stomach upset, vomiting and diarrhoea when taken in high doses.
