It has fresh and herbaceous aromas of crisp green apple and basil, with each sip bringing notes of peppermint and thyme, grapefruit and green grapes.
It's a wonderful way to make the classic highball cocktail by filling a glass to the brim with ice and gently pouring over Toki whisky. Top up with three measures of chilled sparkling water, poured gently along the side of the glass to avoid melting the ice or bursting the bubbles. Alternatively, sip it neat or over ice in your favorite crystal rocks glass.
