UsageApply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure, ensuring product is fully absorbed. Re-apply when in the sun and then every 1-2 hours, and always after swimming, sweating, or towelling.
SafetyUsing a reduced quantity will lower the level of sun protection, apply liberally. Sunburn permanently damages the skin. This pack contains up to 6 applications, use approximately 3 tbsp of product per average adult, per application. Keep babies and children out of direct sunlight and ensure they wear protective clothing alongside sunscreen. Overexposure to the sun is a serious health threat. Use a minimum of SPF30 and re-apply frequently. No sunscreen provides 100% protection, do not stay too long in the sun. Avoid the midday sun (11am-3pm), seek shade and cover up to minimise sun exposure.
