How to Use:

• CONNECT THE DEVICE TO THE POWER CABLE, THEN PLUG THE POWER ADAPTER INTO A WALL SOCKET.
• ENSURE THE AREA IS CLEAN, DRY AND FREE FROM PRODUCTS.
• ALWAYS WEAR THE SUPPLIED EYE PROTECTION WHEN THE PANEL IS FACING OR POSITIONED NEAR THE FACE.
• PREPARE THE PANEL FOR YOUR DESIRED SESSION POSITION: THE PANEL CAN BE HELD, LEANED AGAINST A STABLE SURFACE, OR MOUNTED TO DIRECT LIGHT TOWARDS THE FACE OR BODY. THE PANEL CAN ALSO BE WRAPPED AROUND THE BODY USING ONE OR TWO STRAPS, DEPENDING ON THE AREA BEING TREATED.
• LONG PRESS THE ONOFF BUTTON TO START THE SESSION. FOUR INDICATOR LIGHTS WILL ILLUMINATE, EACH REPRESENTING 5 MINUTES. ONE LIGHT WILL TURN OFF EVERY 5 MINUTES. THE DEVICE WILL AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF AFTER 20 MINUTES.
• ENJOY YOUR SESSION. WE RECOMMEND DAILY USE FOR 1020 MINUTES PER BODY AREA AS PART OF YOUR REGULAR ROUTINE.
