Test Yourself: Test yourself for light sensitivity on your arm prior to using the device on your face: Press the onoff button. Place the device on your arm and conduct a 10 minute session. After 10 minutes, turn the device off. visually check the area. The area may initially turn red due to the heating of your skin, but if the redness lasts for more than 2 hours, you may have skin sensitivity to light. Seek medical advice before deciding how best to use this device on your skin.
