• Ensure you face and body is makeup free and clean.
• Apply your preferred serum or moisturiser to your face or body. This is essential to make sure the microcurrents conduct to your skin for best results, use a serum or moisturiser that stays wet and is near ph neutral.
• Long press the onoffmode button to turn on the device it will start on face mode.
  • To switch to body mode, long press the onoffmode button. an indicator light should change between the face or body icon.
  • To change the intensity of the microcurrents, short press the onoffmode button. an indicator will display between 1 and 3 dots denoting the intensity levels.
• Lightly press both metal spheres against the skin. The centre of the spheres provides a frequency of 8 hz while the outside of the spheres provides 40 hz.
• Gently glide the device slowly across the skin for between 20 seconds and 3 minutes per area. The microcurrents should tingle and twitch the muscles gently but if you find them painful then you should lower the intensity. too much intensity may give worse results.
  • use on the face around the jawline, cheekbones, and the forehead. use with care around sensitive areas such as the teeth, eye area and temples.
  • use on the arms, legs, and torso. avoid using near the heart.
• Long press the button to turn off the device. wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Test yourself on your arm prior to using the device on your face and body:

• Press the onoff button.
• Place the device on your arm and conduct a 3 minute session.
• After 3 minutes, turn the device off. Visually check the area. The area may initially turn red due to the heating of your skin, but if the redness lasts for more than 3 hours, you may have skin sensitivity to microcurrent. Seek medical advice before deciding how best to use this device on your skin.

• Do not use on broken, irritated, swollen, sunburnt, or numb sensitive skin, areas of swelling, bruising, inflammation, or skin conditions.
• Do not use on the chest breast area, eye area, thyroid area midline of neck, or the genitals groin area .
• Avoid the thyroid area the middle and lower part of the centre of your neck where the thyroid gland is located. Overstimulation of the thyroid can disrupt hormone functions.
• Test yourself for microcurrent sensitivity on your arm prior to using the dual microcurrent.
• Use with care around the teeth, eyes, neck, and temples. these areas have sensitive nerves. stop using in these areas if you feel pain, odd sensations, or flashing vision.

When using the device on your face, we recommend these movements:

• Jawline: from chin to outer cheek. use with care around the sensitive upper corners of the mouth
• Crow's feet: from cheekbone to temples.
• Forehead: from brows to hairline. Use with care around the sensitive temples
• Neck: from slightly off centre, avoiding the midline of the neck. Glide the device towards the back of the neck.

When using the device on your body, we recommend these movements:

• Forearms: from wrist to elbow.
• Upper arms: from elbow to shoulder.
• Shoulders: from upper trapezius out toward shoulder tip.
• Shoulders: from collarbone sweeping up and over the shoulder.
• Torso: from lower abdomen up toward the ribs left and right sides.
• Torso: from hips up to waist, then waist up to underbustrib line.
• Sides: from outer hip, up toward the underarm.
• Legs: from ankle up to knee, then knee up to thigh and toward the hipglute.
• Glutes: from the base of the glute to the top of the glute.

Use a disinfectant wipe to wipe down the device and remove any serum. we recommend to clean after every use.

• Do not get your device wet or submerge your device in water.
• Do not wash electrical parts with water or liquids.
• Do not directly touch the device or switches with wet hands.
• Do not use the device if it has been dropped, left outside, or has encountered water or liquids.
• Do not modify, or attempt to modify or repair, this equipment. There are no user serviceable parts.
• Do not use or store your device in hot temperatures that are or can exceed 54°C (130°F).

• Do not place or store where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. If it falls into water, unplug immediately do not reach into water.
• Do not use directly over or near metal implants, dental fillings, braces, or other metallic dental work, as this may cause discomfort, pain, or a metallic taste.

Ensure device is 'off' before storage. Ensure the device is unplugged from any power supply. place in cool, dry area out of reach of children, where it will not be damaged.
