I am a nut-free, gluten-free, grain-free flour stripped of all nasties! I am milled extra-fine from whole tigernuts, which despite their name are not actually a nut! Tigernuts are an ancient root vegetable that hails from West Africa. They are nutrient dense, fibre rich and a great prebiotic to aid digestion. Preparation and Usage
Can be consumed raw or in baking/cooking, substituting regular flour 1:1.
For baking, we recommend halving the amount of sugar you would usually use as tigernut flour is naturally sweet.
For smoothies, add a tablespoon (or more) for a satisfyingly nutritious boosts and added fibre.Recipes
