Fully unwind the cable reel before use. Check the power rating of the appliance. If the appliance is damaged it cannot be repaired and must be disposed of immediately. Ensure the cable does not cause a trip or snagging hazard. Do not connect cable reel to another cable reel or extension. Do not remove the plug and connect directly to the mains. Do not exceed the maximum allowable load (3120W, 13A). Take care not to damage the cable reel or fittings. Do not use in damp or wet conditions. For indoor use only. Allow cable reel to cool before resetting. If in doubt consult a qualified electrician. "Weatherproof based on the IP54 rating, temporary outdoor use. Splashproof only. Not for use in wet or rainy conditions.IP54 rating only applies when used with an IP rated socket outlet of equal or higher rating. For electrical products sold within the European Community at the end of the electrical products useful life, it should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local authority or retailer for recycling advice. If thermal cut out activates remove plug from mains and allow to cool before resetting. Before adjusting cable length remove plug from the sockets.
