Our inaugural Star Hill Farm is the first of its kind from our distillery. It marries two mashbills: one composed of 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, and the other our signature 100% malted soft red winter wheat. The result is a whisky of remarkable depth and balance, offering a complete and complex flavour profile. Bright notes of buttery caramel, toasted pecans and soft cinnamon come through with greater complexity, showcasing the influence of our land, amplifying the grain's unique flavour.
