Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Hob
To cook Chicken Curry on the hob.
Hob: Heat 15ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add 400g of diced Chicken breast. Pan fry for 5-6 minutes, stir regularly. Stir in the contents of the jar of sauce, simmer for 5-7 minutes. Check food is piping hot. All appliances vary. This is a guide only.
