Why not try Rose Scented Peaches: 2 fresh peaches halved, mix 100ml sugar syrup with 10 Rose Spice Drops. Bring the syrup to simmering point. Poach peaches for 5 mins in the syrup and allow to cool. Serve just warm with with honeyed yoghurt. For best results use in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years.
