Why not try Peppermint Creams: 225g icing sugar, 1 egg white lightly beaten, 10 drops Peppermint Spice Drops. Sift icing sugar, add drops to half the egg white and mix egg with icing sugar to form thick paste. Roll to desired thickness and use a cutter or roll into balls. Allow to dry. For best results use in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use.
