Use Daily for Best Results

Uses
Shampoo: Use daily. Apply to wet hair, massage for 90 seconds, then rinse.
Conditioner: Apply evenly through hair, leave on for two to three minutes, then rinse. For dry scalps, apply extra conditioner and gently massage into your head.
