Oregano is a herb native to the Mediterranean and south-central Asia. It has long been used as an integral part of diets. As a dietary supplement in softgel form, it delivers a high concentration of the predominant phenol carvacrol.
Oregano oil is a source of magnesium and zinc, contains iron, calcium, potassium, copper, manganese and niacin. It also contains vitamins C and E. These softgels are a quick and easy way of safely ingesting wild oregano oil and its primary phenol, carvacrol, with no aftertaste.
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) softgel daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
