Cyanobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1000 µg Nuggets are a a form of Vitamin B12 that promote the health of the nervous system and healthy blood cell formation, and support energy metabolism.

Vitamin B12 is naturally found in fish, dairy produce, organ meats, beef, pork, nuts and seeds and is a water soluble vitamin. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal function of the nervous and immune system and contributes to normal red blood cell formation.

Directions

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) nugget daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May be placed between the cheek and gum or under the tongue and allowed to dissolve. Nuggett may also be chewed or swallowed whole. Do not exceed directions for use.
