Preparation and usage: coat 500g of chicken mini fillets with the seasoning mix and leave to marinate for 5 minutes. Cook in a pre-heated frying pan with a little oil, turning halfway, until fully cooked through in approximately 8 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid halfway through to keep the chicken moist. Gather toppings and warm tortilla wraps while cooking. Serve in warmed tortillas with crispy lettuce, soured cream, salsa, and fresh salad or homemade slaw.
