Suitable for Women

• Get comfortable: Find a relaxed position, such as lying down with your knees bent. Insert the pelvic floor trainer and apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant for added comfort.
• Squeeze and release: Gently contract your pelvic floor muscles until the device responds with vibration. Hold the contraction for 3-5 seconds, then fully relax until the vibration stops. This counts as one repetition.
• Build your routine: Complete 10-15 repetitions per set. Aim for 2-3 sets per session, around three times per week as part of your pelvic floor exercise routine.
