• : For when you're on antibiotics: Start on the first day of antibiotic treatment. Take two capsules daily for the full course, then continue for at least 7 days afterwards. Ideally, take 2 hours apart from your antibiotic dose. For when you're travelling: Take daily for one week before travelling, then continue for the duration of your travels.
• : Swallow capsules with water. Adults and children (4+) take 2 capsules daily to provide the recommended 20 billion LGG®. Capsules can be opened and mixed into cold food or non-fizzy drinks for children.
