• Right Way - Swallow each capsule whole with a glass of water. For children and adults, take 2 capsules daily (ideally morning and evening). This daily dose provides the recommended 20 billion live LGG®. For children, capsules can be opened and mixed into cold food or non-fizzy drinks.

Per capsule - 10 billion live bacteria (10x10^9): Lactobacillus rhamnosus LGG®, Fructooligosaccharide fibre, anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. Vegetable capsule: hypromellose, calcium carbonate.
