

This premium dry gin is produced in small batches using traditional copper pot distillation. It features a complex blend of nine botanicals, including lavender, grapefruit, lime, and cardamom. The spirit is bottled at 46% ABV and is non-chill filtered to preserve the high concentration of essential oils.
When mixed with tonic or served over ice, the gin exhibits a natural pearlescent clouding effect. The flavour profile is juniper-led with distinct citrus notes and a floral finish.
Nose: Fresh citrus notes of grapefruit upfront with earthy coriander and sweet floral juniper, complemented by soft notes of cracked black pepper and lavender.
Palate: Clean pine spice from juniper followed by fresh grapefruit and coriander seed, with mineral and eucalyptus notes from bay leaf.
Finish: Clean and balanced with lingering notes of juniper, citrus, and cooling cardamom.
