• When used correctly, Skins Natural Condoms greatly reduce the risk of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, although no method of contraception can give you 100% protection.

1. Tear open the foil and take the condom out. Be careful with sharp fingernails or jewellery.
2. Squeeze the tip between your thumb and your index finger to expel the air. Put the condom on when the penis is erect and before any physical contact, to prevent pregnancy or transmitting STI's. If you accidentally roll the condom down the wrong way, throw it away and use a new one.
3. After ejaculation, withdraw whilst the penis is still erect. Hold on to the base of the condom in order to prevent it sliding off.
4. Tie a knot in the condom and throw it away. Never flush it down the toilet.
