London Dry Gin Spritz Recipe: This sensationally sippable gin and prosecco serve is a real crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

• 50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
• 25ml lemon juice
• 25ml sugar syrup
• 100ml prosecco
• Lime twist and mint sprig (to garnish)

Method Add the first three ingredients into an ice-filled wine glass. Top with prosecco, Gently lift with a long spoon or drinks stirrer to combine and garnish with a lime twist and mint sprig.
