Preparation and Usage: Let's create. Decorates 12 cupcakes, a 20cm cake or a traybake. For buttercream: Step one: Mix 100g of softened butter and half of the lemon icing sugar until smooth. Step two: Add the remaining lemon icing sugar and 1/2 tbsp milk, then mix until soft and fluffy. Step three: Ready to decorate? Use a piping bag to pipe swirls onto the cupcakes. For glace icing: Step one: Mix all of the lemon icing sugar with 2 tbsp of water. Step two: Mix well to form a smooth spreadable icing. If needed, mix well add a few more drops of water to make the icing runnier. Mix well! Take a Bite
