Hazards and Cautions
Before first use pre-treat your slate cheeseboard by: Cleaning with an anti-bacterial solution or spray. Carefully wiping with warm soapy water. Do not fully immerse in water. When fully dry rub over with olive oil to enhance the natural finish of the stone. Re-apply olive oil regularly to maintain the appearance of this product. Care should be taken when using sharp utensils to avoid damage to the slate. Slate board may chip or shatter if handled carelessly. Inspect regularly and do not use if damaged. Not suitable for dishwasher use. Slate board and Soap stone is not a toy.
Refrigerate pickle and chutney after opening and consume within 2 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
