• 1. Charge fully the earbuds and case before first use.
• 2. Remove earbuds from their case (they are interchangeable - no left/right marking).
• 3. Clip them on: gently pinch the JointArc frame, position the spherical driver against the inner ridge of your ear, with the battery section behind the ear. Adjust for comfort.
• 4. Pair via Bluetooth (your device will detect the OpenDots ONE). Optionally, use the Shokz App to manage EQ, controls, firmware updates, and more.
• 5. Control playback / calls via touch / pinch gestures or app settings.
• 6. Wear and listen while maintaining ambient awareness - the open-ear design means you can hear what's around you.
• 7. End session & store: return the earbuds to the charging case when done to recharge.
• 8. Wireless charging for the case is supported on compatible Qi pads.

The product contains silicone, so if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to silicone, you should use with caution.

The device has an IP54 water resistance rating for the earbuds (not for the charging case). Shokz warns: do not submerge the earbuds, do not expose the charging case to water, and do not attempt charging while the device is wet.

The flexible JointArc (nickel-titanium plate in the clip) should not be overbent or excessively folded when not in use, because that could compromise fitting comfort or performance.
