Instructions
Great for cooking with chicken, vegetables, prawns, lamb.
Try serving with Sharwood's Naan Bread and Green Label Mango Chutney.
Add a pinch to baked beans on heating. Sprinkle over sausages prior to cooking.

Recipe Suggestion - Lamb Rogan Josh
It's easy...
1: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 tsp of chopped ginger, 2 chopped onions and fry for 15-20 minutes until soft and golden brown.
2: Add 4 tbsp of Sharwood's Medium Curry Powder to coat the onion mix and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add 450g of cubed lean lamb and fry for a further 5 minutes.
3: Add 300ml of stock, 400g canned tomatoes and 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of sugar and simmer for 45 minutes until meat is fully cooked then serve. Serve with rice and for the full-on Indian experience, Sharwood's flame-baked Naans and Mango Chutney on the side.
