Preparation: Simply fry 300g diced chicken in a little oil until browned, then add the butter chicken paste and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the butter chicken sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice, Sherwood's flame-baked naans and tangy mango chutney. Ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Works just as well with tandoori chicken, paneer or cauliflower tikka.
