Just stir fry your meat and vegetables adding the Balti paste for an explosion of flavour and finish by adding the Balti sauce and simmering until cooked through. This Balti dish works great with chicken or lamb, and for a vegetarian option why not try aubergine and spinach. Serve it with Sharwood's flame-baked naans and a generous dollop of tangy mango chutney.

• 1. Simply fry the diced chicken in a little oil until browned, add the balti paste and diced pepper, then fry for 2-3 minutes.
• 2. Add the balti sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
• Serve with rice, Sharwood's flame-baked naans and tangy mango chutney.
• Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
• Works just as well with lamb, chickpeas & spinach or roast aubergine.
• Do not use if pouch is bloated or leaking.
