Preparation and Usage:

1. Heat 1 cup (175ml) cooking oil and fry 3 medium (300g) finely chopped onion. Add 1-2 tbsps. garlic paste, 1-2 tbsps. ginger paste, 1 packet Shan Keema Mix. mixed in 1/2 cup water and 1 kg (2.2 lbs) ground/minced meat. Stir fry until liquid nearly dries.
2. Add 2 medium (150g) diced tomatoes and 1-2 cups water. Cover and cook on low heat (20-30 minutes) until mince is tender.
3. Add 3-4 medium finely chopped green chilies, 2 tbsps. chopped fresh coriander and cook until oil separates. Stir frequently.

For gravy: Add 1-2 cups water and bring to boil. Then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. - If desired remove excessive oil before serving.

Serving suggestion: Serve with hot roti / naan.
