Product Information: The multivitamin tablet contains 22 vitamins and minerals including Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Magnesium and Zinc. The Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule contains 1000 mg Fish Oil, of which 300 mg of Omega-3. Dosage: Take 1 tablet (blue blister) and 1 capsule (red blister) a day with a glass of cold water during a meal. Suitable for adults 18+.
1EPA and DHA support normal heart function. The beneficial effect for the heart is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. 2DHA supports normal brain function. The beneficial effect for brain is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA. 3DHA helps maintain normal vision. The beneficial effect for vision is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA. 4B Vitamins (B1, B2, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, B6, Biotin and B12) contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. 5Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
Preparation and Usage: Adults (18+): Take one Vitamin and Mineral tablet (blue blister) and one Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule a day (red blister) with a glass of cold water. Take during or immediately after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
