How to use

Adults (18+ years): Take one Immune Support tablet a day (orange blister) plus one Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule a day (red blister) with a glass of cold water after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contains fish oil and beef gelatine.
