How to use

1. Wash and dry your face for best results.
2. Place the mask on your face.
3. Adjust the straps to achieve a comfortable and secure, but not overtight, fit of the mask on the face.
4. Sit or lie down, further adjusting the position of the mask if required.
5. For the eye pads, lie down before gently resting the pads on or under the eyes.
6. Relax and enjoy use for 5-10 minutes until the pads have returned to room temperature.
7. If desired, repeat the cooling process by inserting the pads back in the carry case and placing these back in the fridge or freezer for repeated use.
