To Start

1. Carefully pull off front of dispenser.
2. Pull tape through opening and onto blade. Carefully re-fit back of dispenser.

To Use

1. Place between index and middle fingers, blade pointing towards thumb.
2. Dispense desired amount of tape & cut by tearing across blade.
