On Hand Dispenser Matt. Non-shiny finish when applied can be written on with pencil, marker & ballpoint pen. Refillable device made from post-industrial recycled plastic (except metal cutter).

Preparation and Usage:

1. Carefully pull off the front of the dispenser.
2. Pull tape through opening and onto blade. Carefully re-fit back of dispenser.
3. Place between index and middle fingers, blade pointing towards thumb.
4. Dispense desired amount of tape & cut by tearing across blade.

Refill with Sellotape On Hand Matt Refills.

Apply only to clean, dry surfaces.
