How to use
Chew the gummies slowly until fully dissolved and do not swallow whole. Follow the dosage instructions. Adults can chew 3 gummies at once. When travelling take the first dose 30 to 60 minutes before departure. To minimise the risk of gagging or choking in small children, supervise administration; the gummies can be cut into small pieces before chewing. For long journeys, space doses evenly throughout the day.
