Preparation

Just Add...
- 675g sweet potatoes, unpeeled and sliced into wedges
- 3 tbs oil

3 Easy Steps...
1. Pre-heat oven to 220ºC, 425ºF, Gas Mark 7.
2. Drizzle oil onto a roasting tray and heat in the oven.
3. Transfer wedges onto the hot roasting tray and toss to coat in the oil. Sprinkle over the seasoning, tossing again to evenly coat the wedges. Cook in oven for 25-30 mins, shaking half-way through.

For a Little Inspiration...
Stir Schwartz Chives into soured cream for a delicious dip. Serve the wedges with burgers, pulled pork or chicken.
