Preparation and Usage
Just Add:- 1 red pepper, cut into large chunks- 1 yellow pepper, cut into large chunks- 8 skinless chicken thighs or drumsticks, trimmed of fat- 400g tin chopped tomatoes- 1 tbs tomato pureeEasy as 1,2,3...1 Place peppers and chicken into slow cooker pot. Mix seasoning with tomato puree, and stir into the pot.2 Cover and cook for up to 4 hours on High or up to 8 hour on Low, or until meat is tender and cooked through. (Keep covered during cooking. Slow Cookers vary. Directions based on a 3.5 litre model.)3 Remove lid, stir through and stand for 5 mins before serving.Try Something Different: Ideal with sauteed potatoes, garnished with Schwartz Herbs de Provence. For a meat free alternative swap chicken for a handful of peeled shallots, 250g sliced mushrooms and a can of drained butterbeans.

Cover and cook for up to 4 hours on High or up to 8 hours on Low, or until the meat is tender and cooked through. (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times vary between slow cooker models.)4. Remove the lid, stir through and stand for 5 minutes before serving.5.
