Just Add:- 4 medium potatoes (approx. 675g), unpeeled- 2 tbs olive oil3 Easy Steps...1 Pre-heat a large roasting tray in the oven at 200°C, 400 °F, Gas Mark 6.2 Cut dry potatoes into wedges, put into a bowl and coat with oil. Sprinkle over seasoning and toss to coat evenly.3 Spread wedges onto the pre-heated roasting tray and cook for 45 mins, until crispy and cooked through, turning half-way through.Try Something Different...Delicious with a tomato salsa dip. Mix with grated cheese and softened butter and use to top large flat mushrooms before grilling until golden and bubbling.
