Preparation and Usage
Just Add:
- 1 pepper,
- 450g skinless, boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 600ml water
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 225g Penne pasta
- 50g cream cheese or Cheddar
Easy as 1, 2, 3...
1 Heat oil, fry chicken and onion, until golden brown. Stir in pepper and cook for a further few mins.
2 Stir in seasoning, water and tomatoes and bring to the boil.
3 Add pasta, cover and simmer for 15 mins, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through. Stir through the cheese and serve.
Try Something Different:
Transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with crunchy breadcrumbs, halved cherry tomatoes and extra grated cheese and bake for 10 mins at 200C or until golden.
