Drain excess liquid.2 Add seasoning, tomatoes, kidney beans and water. Bring to the boil, stirring.3 Cover and simmer gently for 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice and quacamole or sour cream.Try Something Different:Why not try with diced beef, cooked slowly in a medium-heat oven until rich and tender. Serve with rice and a crisp green salad.
