Try this recipe: To make flavour-packed Curry Puffs, fry onions in oil until soft, then add minced beef, Garam Masala and other spices and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in peas and sweetcorn and let cool. Roll out pastry thinly, cut into circles and then halves. Spoon in the filling, fold, seal with water, brush with milk and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
