Preparation and Usage
Just Add:- 1 tbs oil- 450g lean pork, sliced- 1 onion, chopped- 225g mushrooms, sliced- 275ml semi-skimmed milk- 2 tbs Single CreamServes 43 Easy Steps...1 Heat oil, fry pork and onion for 5 mins, until golden brown.Stir in mushrooms and fry for a couple of mins.2 Mix seasoning with milk and stir into the pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for a couple of mins, until thickened.3 Swirl in the cream.Try Something Different: Try adding a dash of brandy with the mushrooms and replacing half of the milk with soured cream for a richer sauce.Delicious with rice and sugar snap peas.
For our recipe you will need...1 tbs oil450g (1lb) lean pork, sliced1 onion, chopped225g (8oz) mushrooms, sliced275ml (9fl oz) semi-skimmed milk2 tbs single creamDirections...1. Heat the oil, fry the pork and onion for 5 minutes, until golden brown. Stir in the mushrooms and fry for a further 2-4 minutes.2. Mix the sachet contents with the milk and stir into the pan.
