Preparation and Usage: Just Add: 1 tbs oil, 450g lean beef diced, 1 onion sliced, 2 carrots peeled and sliced, 100g button mushrooms, 400ml cold water. 3 Easy Steps: 1 Pre-heat oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas mark 4. 2 Heat oil, brown beef, onion and carrots for 10 mins, until golden.
