Four easy steps for tasty sweet and sticky BBQ in under 12 minutes

• 1. Sprinkle over diced meat or vegetables.
• 2, Toss to coat and spray with oil.
• 3. Cook at 200C for 10-12 minutes.
• 4. Glaze mixing 2 tbsp of honey and ketchup in a bowl. Add cooked food and air fry for 2 minutes.

Preparation and usage

• For 2 servings use 2 tbs seasoning.
• Sprinkle over 300g diced meat or vegetables, toss to coat and spray with oil. Cook in an air fryer at 200°C for 10-12 mins, or until cooked through. Shake half-way through.
• To glaze, combine 2 tbs ketchup and 2 tbs honey in a bowl, add cooked meat and veg and then pop back in the air fryer for an extra 2 mins..
