Cleaning Instruction:To clean, simply wipe with a warm soapy cloth (do not soak)Instructions for Use:- Your shoes' current insoles are probably removable - Take Them Out First- Place insoles into shoe to test for size- If needed, trim along the line (on bottom of insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size or use the original insoles as a guide.- Insert Scholl GelActiv „insoles with Gel side Down.- Replace the insoles every six months or when showing signs of wear.Trim to Fit: See instruction inside
